【配方】枸杞子250克，生地黄300克，白酒1500毫升。

【制法】将前两味捣碎，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡15日后，过滤去渣，即成。

【主治】视物模糊、阳痿、遗精、腰膝酸软、烦热头痛等症。

【用法】口服：每次空腹温服20毫升，日服2次。
