【配方】生附子30克，皂角刺5克，白酒1000毫升。

【制法】将前两味切碎，分作2份，用白酒2瓶，各入上伴药1份，慢火煨候干至半瓶，合并一处，密封，浸泡2宿，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】温肾散寒，祛风通络。

【主治】痛风及妇人血风瘙痒。

【用法】口服：每次温服3～5毫升，不掏时，未效再服。

[formula ] raw aconite 30 g, Gleditsia japonica 5 g, liquor 1000 ml.

[preparation method ] cut the first two flavors and divide them into 2 parts. Use 2 bottles of liquor, add 1 portion of the medicine, simmer slowly until half a bottle is dried, merge one place, seal, soak for 2 nights, filter and remove residue.

[efficacy ] it can warm kidney and disperse cold, dispel wind and dredge collaterals.

[indications ] gout and pruritus due to blood wind in women.

[usage ] oral: take 3-5 ml warm each time. If not, take it again.
